January 25, 201610 yr Finished "The End Game" by Catherine Coulter. I didn't know it was the third in her "A Brit In the FBI" series. Good suspense will-he-save-the-day book.
January 25, 201610 yr Just started a book about the Koch brothers and other ultra-wealthy conservatives and the influence their money is having on shaping the politics of the Republican party. Book is called "Dark Money."
January 25, 201610 yr Good read. I guess I've missed a few of the King and Maxwell series. When I find one (like this one) at a local secondhand store, I just buy it and donate it back.
January 26, 201610 yr Started this today. Interesting approach. More about the psychology of exploration and explorers, rather than a narrative of a specific journey.
January 26, 201610 yr Good read. It was pretty good, I like Baldacci a lot. Re. the back story of code-breaking, there is one book that towers above the rest. Cryptonomicon by Neal Stephenson. First in his Baroque Cycle, but excellent as a stand-alone read if you don't get to the others. Overlong by many accounts, but fascinating.
