December 27, 201510 yr Any discussion about this game going on? A&M obviously has had the 2 QB defections and the disruptions that come with that. I presume Jackson & Staples will be healthy with the long layoff. Extra practice time has to help this very young team -- for this game and for next year. Is there any "buzz" in Louisville now that the UK v. UofL basketball game is over? Are tickets widely available? StubHub seems to have lots of tix for sale. Upper Level from $16 + fees (assume you can sit lower as I would NOT expect Nissan Stadium to be anywhere close to full for this game). Is there any "buzz" in Nashville about the game?
December 27, 201510 yr Louisville sold at least three allotments of 7500 tickets, I believe. It will be a home game for UofL, no doubt about it.
December 30, 201510 yr Bowl Day!!! I think we should add a poll to this thread… I’m super excited to see the football Cards one more time this year. Following pictures on facebook and twitter, looks like folks are having a good time in Nashville! Go Cards!
December 30, 201510 yr UL should win this game. Some guy names Jake Hubenak is the A&M starter. He began his career at as walk-on at Oklahoma State.
December 31, 201510 yr So another ridiculous targeting call right out of the gate. Basically in college football, if a receiver goes across the middle and you hit him hard, you will be thrown out of the game. Just a total joke...and I am by no means a big Louisville fan...but this throwing kids out of a game for good, solid football plays is criminal.

December 31, 201510 yr Not even the end of the first and Jackson has 190 all purpose yards. The A&M run defense: as good as advertised at this point.
December 31, 201510 yr 20-14 at half. Louisville seemed to be running away with it , A&M qb seems to be settling in a little at the end of the half.
December 31, 201510 yr Author Completely do not understand the rule on where the ball is spotted on a runner going out of bounds. Is it where the ball is when some portion of the runner touches down out of bounds? Is it where the ball was when the ball went out of bounds even if the runner is not yet down (like the goal line where the ball has to be inside the pylon)? If it is the former, they blew both of the replay calls (and the Quick call was brutally wrong).

You cannot gain yards fumbling out of bounds but you can certainly lose yards doing so.
