Not sure I agree with Boyle in 3rd. I think Lex Cath. and Rockcastle should be higher than 6th and 7th.

North Bullitt will be better than Bullitt East and Southwestern this year and next. North lost to East in 2OT and to Southwestern in last 1:00 last season. North will be quite a bit better this year than last.

I think BG has to start out the season ranked No. 1. After that, I think Highlands, Boyle and Rockcastle are interchangeable for Nos. 2-4. Then Cov Cath, Bell, Paul Blazer and LexCath interchangeable for 5-8. Then Hoptown, Bullitt East and Southwestern for 9-11. This is going to be a very tough class this year. A few good breaks, a few injuries and bad breaks will really play a big effect on who wins state in this class. Should be fun.

^ I like this one, although I am probably most intrigued by what Boyle can, can not do.

I agree with this top ten list a little bit more but it will be interesting to see how Franklin Co. will do, considering all the hype they are receiving.

I'm not really sure where they lack in size, but from what I can see, where they lack in size, they make up for it big time with speed. In most cases, I would take speed over size anyway.

 

The juniors who are playing this year are mostly the ones who started last year. Highlands returns a lot of starters, including the whole offensive line and speedster runningback.

Highlands rarely has any size at all, especially on defense. Its all about speed! The O line has decent size. I don't recall any 3A teams that were any bigger last year. BTW the Birds do not return their entire O line, center Josh Abel was a senior.

I appologise, Abel is gone, but last year's starting TE, Scott Wise was moved over to replace the position.

That could be the tallest center at HHS ever.....He is at least 6'5.
