Dressing is what you put on a salad.

Stuffing

Daughter says you're right. Wife says you're wrong.

I know better than to weigh in on a controversy of this sort of monumental import.

We call it Stuffing but it is cooked separate outside of the turkey so what we are eating and calling Stuffing is actually Dressing...sue me!

Mom called it dressing, that's all I need.
This. I'll add in Granny and Mamaw do too.

I just thought of this very question while I was labeling the leftovers for the fridge.

We call it dressing, but some others in the family call it stuffing.

I want to know who was the first person who thought about cramming leftover stale bread and spices up the turkey's butt before cooking, and then eating that afterwards? I wonder if her husband laughed at her?

For you stuffing people, have you ever seen anyone advertise a "Turkey and Stuffing" dinner?

Dressing.

If it ain't cooked inside the turkey, it ain't stuffing...

This. I'll add in Granny and Mamaw do too.

Absolutely! Hope you and yours had a fantastic Thanksgiving!
