Yes, there are some great places to hunt rabbit, I grew up around it with my Dad. The areas up around Wickliffe are the best it seems, where the swamp rabbit live, those are the tastiest things I have ever eaten.

OK - I'm ready to start a new thread!!! :)

If it rains as the forecast is calling for, the game will come down to whichever teams offensive line has the better game. Both teams have good defensive fronts.

Mayfield has their fair share of over zealous fans, for sure, but, Desales fans certainly have no business calling them out, nor vice versa.. I love the confidence that both fan bases have.. That's the way it should be and both have every right to be confident. They've both set a pretty high standard and both teams have proven more than capable of playing with just about anyone in the state, with a few 6a and 5a team exceptions..

I completely agree with everything said.

From what I've heard, temps should be in upper 50's, low 60's, which isn't bad this time of year with a chance of scattered rain.. Didn't sound like it was going to be anything too bad from what I read..

You guys are going to run out of pages on here. Go Mayfield Cards!:lol2:

This is going to be very close for whoever wins and I will be surprised if it's high scoring. I'm saying Desales 17-14; good luck to both teams. IMO, this is the best semifinal game being played.

Forecast for Friday calls for a high temp of 63, a low temp of 54...81% chance of rain heavy between the 6-10pm time frame with possible flooding in lowlined areas..

spelling

Mine says reel feel game time Temps in the 44-46 range with 14mph wind an a 1.5" of rain expected between 6pm and 12am.

.... ugh.. awsome love sitting in stands cold an wet.. only makes it better when ur sick the next morning sipping coffee making arangments for Bowling Green ;-)

No score prediction, will be a good game between two well coached teams. With that said...Mayfield wins the internet, DeSales wins a close football game.

With that much rain in the forecast (potential flooding) is there any chance they will postpone until Saturday? Or does old man weather literally have to zap a few fans in the stands with lightning bolts before they postpone?

Zeus has to show up.. we'll play in John boats if we have too..lol

Pattern is full for Saturday too down here. Rain rain an more rain

One for cast I seen on the news showed very light rain starting to show up around 8pm, but field will be soaked from rain during the morning hours..although in that first hour that might just be long enough to put up 20 in the air..

Per the 6pm local weather, the latest weather models are predicting that the system is slowing down. Might be good news but it will need to slow more than what they are showing currently.

Personally, I've sat through enough rain this season. Here's hoping for a dry game. Plus, if the meteorologists in Mayfield are as accurate as those around here, we may be wearing shorts and T-shirts Friday.
