They sell the custom pink models to women, as well as men who can't handle bone-in wings. It's a smaller niche, admittedly.

My personal favorites are Barleycorn dock style. Second favorite are Dickmans.

Bone in for sure; I'm near Chicago this week, so tomorrow night going with some guys from work to have wings, beer, and watch Cubs vs Pirates.

These two and knock back Nats are my 3 favorites. Big, meaty and great sauces.
