Someone told me Hook Fish and Chicken had the "best wings in the United States". How good are they?

Knockback Nat's and Wild Mike's are at the top of the bone in list. Wouldn't know who makes good nuggets...

Havent found a place yet in the cincy area that serves wings that are really worth a darn.

In NKY, my personal favorite is Dickmann's hot or Dickmann's honey jalapeno (extra wet). Both are very good. BarleyCorn's also has good wings, although I think the rest of their food is average (and overpriced).

 

In Cincy, Knockback Nats has excellent wings (dowtown Cincy) and their blue cheese is very good.

For what it's worth, I get Barleycorn's wings "Doc Style" and with an extra side of sauce for dipping. Doc Style means the wings are briefly deep fried, then sauced, then deep fried again. They end up with a really nicely done skin that way, although I think the second dip in the fryer kills the heat on the sauce a bit...thus the extra side of sauce for dipping.
