I always get a chuckle out of the big burly macho guys that go in to a wing joint order a massive plate of wings and then get honey or sweet bbq, or garlic parmesan, or mild as the sauce. Pansies. Get a real sauce.

For lunch, I'm getting boneless to save on the mess. Otherwise, I want traditional.

Where to find the best wings in the tri-state? And those glazed nuggets?

If I am fixing them at home I do bone in wings.

 

Most restaurants do not cook their wings completely through or just have terrible bone in wings. Therefore when im out I normally get boneless.
