September 18, 201511 yr I think the easy answer is that people take Fiorina more seriously as a candidate. Trump exists in some sort of alternate reality that I can't figure out. At any rate, he's made his name symbolic with wealth and I think that's what people take away from him. Scrutinizing the way he's run his businesses or that he could have made more money by investing his inheritance in an index fund don't undermine the Trump brand. Plus, since Fiorina didn't found or create HP she's going to be judged by her performance for the specific years she was there. By the way the talking point floating around about the index fund is completely false I'm not a trump supporter but he didn't get 300 million from his dad years ago. His dad gave him see money his dad died in the late 90s and gave most his money to charity.

September 18, 201511 yr I do have to ask this: Why is her HP performance and eventual firing worse in a presidential prospect than the multiple bankruptcies of Trump. I'm a fairly simple person. When I think of the two candidates, I don't find their histories that awfully dissimilar. Yet a lot of people are criticizing her for her past, while pointing out that Trump's failures and overcoming them are appealing. I find it a terribly odd phenomenon. Because she is a a threat. In actuality Trump is not a threat, if he wins the GOP nomination he will get shredded by the Dem. nominee. He says all the talking points but has no real substance when it comes to fixing the issues. I'll criticize him for what I do/did with President Obama. Foreign policy would be a disaster. Fiorina on the other hand, like Crason, is a threat to the establishment and was the most prepared and handled herself the best in both debates. She has a clue on foreign policy for an an outsider and if you really look at her time at HP, you will see that it was a miracle that they didn't file bankruptcy. Trump has brought issues up to the forefront. He is a clown and should not be The nominee. Unfortunately if he is I would still vote for him over Hillary.......but it would be a tough call between Trump and Sanders......and that is scary.
