Final

Nice effort by both teams. Great crowd and atmosphere at Brossarts new home field that is just a couple blocks away from campus.

Pretty much a penalty free game until the 4th quarter when the teams made a few mental mistakes.

Brossart broke a couple long plays that made the difference. Brossart has a bit of speed especially the Cetrulo kid.

Who scored for Brossart?

Congrats to my friends from Brossart.:thumb:

Congratulations to the Mustangs. Sounds like things have definitely improved.

Good job and congratulations to the Mustangs and coach Wiggins.

Besides the nice 'W', that might be the best piece of news of the night.

In years past, there was no such thing as subs.

Bradley Moore was a great player for Red Devils.

Great job Mustangs.

Who scored for Brossart?

I would say #42 Logan!

Logan Shoulties, Frank Cetrulo, Brad Moore, Craig Pferman, Chase Keller all had touchdowns. Cetrulo kicked the extra points

Runs like his dad back in the day.

We've got decent football players in key roles this year. Defense did a masterful job on the Dayton offense, which never got untracked.

First win over Dayton since 2010.

Am happy for the players, coaching staff, and the program. Baby steps!

To those who watched, did Dayton seem to take a step back farther from last season, or has Brossart improved significantly more? Just curious.

Congrats to Brossart. I have always said the athletes are there if you can get them on the field. It looks like more of them are getting on the field.

On the other side, this has to be a big disappointment for Dayton. There seemed to be a lot of optimism for this year's team. One game does not make a season but losing by this score is certainly disappointing.
