Another example of the "talent/tolerance" index. If he has any eligibility left, whether he's cleaned up or not, he will get chance #4 somewhere. The more talent you have, the more people are willing to tolerate. Whether we think he deserves it or not, someone, somewhere, will take the risk and give him another shot.

I'm sure he'll get the nod as the QB when the inmates play the guards. #teamburtreynolds

As many have said, a lot of us up here in NKY saw this train wreck many years ago, going back to youth sports. It's a shame.

Makes me grateful for those kids that do the right things and coaches/parents that hold them accountable for their actions.

Under normal circumstances numbers 2 and 3 are the big concerns, 1 is right at the legal limit. But as others have said, this person is not learning any lessons at all.

The DUI charge with the .08 doesn't mean that is what his alcohol level was. I missed the citation so if it listed it in there and it was close I apologize in advance for correcting you. The charge listed just shows that .08 is the legal cutoff, not what he blew. The AGG circumstance is actually worse because he either blew very high or refused, which I thought I heard he did refuse the blood test. So that is worse than a regular DUI. All 3 of those charges are pretty serious and with them combined I could see him serving a few months behind bars.

Not if Paul "Motley" Crew has anything to say about it.

"A loss to the Mean Machine lasts forever" you know.

Should be glad he wasn't shot...

He's too white for that...

It's stupid crazy how bad the heroin problem has become.

He's too white for that...

Wow! How long did it take you to come up with that one?

He refused to take the blood test.

He refused to take the blood test.

Probably a smart decision on his part...

Doesn't that carry a harsher penalty and longer license suspension??

Believe so, but not positive.

On the other hand, couldn't a blood test reveal some other things that could result in more charges?

Slow news day..

I don't know the answer to that. I guess if there was a reason or suspicion that there were more possible charges, couldn't they get an order to draw his blood anyway??

Either way, I'd say he's facing a bit more trouble now than any of his previous brushes with the law, and if refusing a blood test is the best decision he made that night, that doesn't say much for his decision making.
