Jail time wont fix anything.

Some it does, some it doesn't.

Jail time wont fix anything.

What are you basing that off of?

A lot of times jail is exactly what it takes for people to finally wake up and realize the life their living isn't the one they should be or want to be living.

Well, nothing else has done the trick so far. I feel like jail is his last chance to really grasp how serious a problem he has before he ends up dead or causes another person to lose their life and ends up in prison for the rest of his life.

Wow, it is going to be a long hard road Zeke.

You need to get into a treatment center.

Wasn't he in one in California just a while back? Could have sworn I read it on BGP, don't have time to go back and check.

Some others said the same, I don't remember.

Like many of you, I was tried of Zeke Pike stories by his junior year in high school so I really don't keep up. However, I still don't want to see anything bad happen to him and he needs treatment bad. But he probably needs some jail time first (scared straight if you will) then treatment.

I would say, given his history, there is no reason to believe jail will fix him.

This isn't sad anymore. Its ridiculous.

Get the enquirer to sue them to release the video!

I want to add everyone, when nothing else will fix someone jail is the best solution we have.

Sometimes the only sleep a parent gets is when they know their child is in jail rather than running around loose on the streets. You ask anyone who's been there and they will agree.

Oh, so he's been arrested for DUI previously? And you know about this how, exactly?

Why so defensive for him? Based on his record, I think most would be shocked if this were only his first offense.

Even if jail doesn't fix him, atleast it temporarily gets him off the street where he could hurt or kill himself or others.

Preach on Brother Bert.

The time in the report shows 12:06 AM was the time of arrest - Not sure where 4 AM come about. Not that it really matters just saying.
