Republican debate

If you missed it let me summarize Trump what Mr Trump said:

illegals repeatedly

Reagan

Build a wall

Obama stinks

Washington DC is stupid

He'll sell out to whoever donates to him

Build a wall

US doesn't win

I left Atlantic city bankrupt.

The answers he gave concerning bankruptcy made him sound like any corrupt politician or businessman.

I will say most of social media and the media disagrees with your losers.

Kasich was on fire.

I also don't see how you can give Christie a bump on the exchange with Paul. But like I said in a earlier post that exchange will determine who gets the bump out of the two.

I'm a libertarian so I loved Paul's answers.

I guess so. I posted before I saw any reaction so it's just my gut response.

I agreed a lot with Rand but I don't think he was effective.

Ana Navarro, GOP strategist, told CNN that Cruz and Paul were the biggest losers tonight.

It's pretty obvious who the party leaders want to lose. Steve Schmidt on MSNBC said the same.

Paul isn't going anywhere . Cruz won't go far. But if he drops out early enough his base will follow Paul.

Rand is a perfect mix of moderate and conservative to win an election. But the GOP is too scared to elect someone different. Sad really.

I really like Rand but he has to appeal to the GOP base, and he can't.

I've liked Rubio for 2016 as soon as Obama won re-election, and I still think that. He is still really conservative but can appeal to a big enough proportion of the public to get elected.

I could be wrong but I think Kasich and Rubio both just became front runners. I'm still voting for Paul. But I thought they both had near perfect debates.

The appeal to Rubio for the base is if by ethnicity alone can Rubio increase the Hispanic vote alone by 5% . If so Republicans win.

That's exactly what he's counting on.

I'm telling you, Clizzy, our country deserves Donald Trump as the next president.

The "Does God speak to you?" question was the dumbest of the evening. I was impressed with the questions up to that point. We all know where the Republican candidates stand on God, guns, Planned Parenthood and abortion. A better question would have been: "Democrats have won the popular vote in five of the last six presidential elections. How do you plan to chip away at the Democrats' ability to wrap up large Electoral College states? Be specific."

Haha even though your question ignores Ross Perot winning the election for Bill Clinton.

Agree, that was a head-scratcher to me as well.
