August 13, 201511 yr I guess that as an update, a judge decided that she cannot withhold issuing a license based on whatever personal beliefs she may have. I guess you can't discriminate against people as part of your religious beliefs.

August 13, 201511 yr I understand how a lot of people in here are against her lawsuit, but she does have an interesting case. It seems over the last decade or so more and more people have been fighting against any religion and their rights etc. from Christmas traditions to the 10 commandments being displayed. This lawsuit actual seems like the exact same as those but in reverse. I am not against same sex marriage but I am against the hypocriscy of many lawsuits in the past from atheist and then the same folks crucifying her for doing the same thing basically as they have done in the past.

Ask yourself honestly this: Why, after years of persecution, would you not take advantage of changing tides to stick it in the face of those who persecuted you? From a sports standpoint, don't Bengals fans do this at every opportunity when they get a chance at the Steelers? Again, be HONEST.

August 13, 201511 yr Dont the people that are trying to get the license realized all they have to do is go to another county and get it. You can get one in any KY county, no matter where you live.
