NFL Upholds Brady Suspension

Recommended Posts

Both are the same, he is a cheater and will always be remembered as a cheater period.

The sad thing is, just like Pete Rose, if he would have cooperated fully and told the truth from the start this would all be behind him. No matter what some people would always label him a cheater and others won't, that woudn't have changed if he was cooperative from day 1. The difference is this would have all been behind him and it wouldn't be in the news today. Come clean right off the bat and take your lumps and move on. This situation however makes him worse. destroying the phone and then saying he always destroys his phones when he replaces it was just dumb to say. first off, who destroys their phone AND SIM card when they replace their phone. Just dumb.

Who are you kidding. There is that would have changed your mind.

You say he should have just admitted it from day one. What if he really didn't do anything? Is he just supposed to cop to it so maybe guys like you, who will still hate him and him and call him a cheater, would think better of him?

yes' date=' yes they did. They asked him for the phone during his interview. Wells even said Brady and his lawyer could be present as he looked through the phone.[/quote']

They were not getting the phone.

Decision was right, penalties deserved. The sad thing is that Brady and the Pats are an excellent football team and they don't need to cheat but yet they choose to. That (Brady, Kraft, Belichek) is just bold arrogance, total disrespect for the NFL or rules.

Tom "Shady" and Bill "Belicheat", R. "Shaft" .....with their history of truthfulness should be working for the government, current administration - they are a perfect fit.

All things along with my dislike for Brady and the Pats aside. Brady, Kraft just need to shut up, accept their penalties and get on with it. Any further whining, complaining and/or finger pointing only makes them look worse more guilty ....JMO.

And why exactly should they have a chip in their shoulder? You act as if they were wronged. You act as if it was the leagues fault they cheated AGAIN. You act as if it is the leagues fault they got caught.

Exactly ! Bottom Line is this ..... The Pats cheated, have always cheated, that's proven and documented yet act like they are above the NFL or any rules.

Disagree. NFL made the allegation. Why help them?

Don't cooperate and try to prove your innocence then see what happens....and they saw what would happen.

Not a fan of Goodell by a long shot, he is an idiot and I put him in the same level as I did with Bud Selig who I think was horrible for Baseball. That said, rules are rules and the Pats have gotten caught several times trying to gain an unfair advantage. They cheated and did nothing to prove otherwise. They fired the 2 employees before the NFL could get follow up interviews with for gods sake lol. The pats deserve everything they are getting including a 4 game suspension for brady

Agreed. Plus they made an allegation and thought they caught them because they were so dumb they didn't even guess that the ball could deflate on it's own in the cold. If they would have known that they may have been smart enough to realize their "gotcha" moment was nothing. That idiot on the sidelines yelling at the Pats we got you you're in big trouble tells you this was a sting and they had to try to back up their wrong assumptions.

Curious why you would destroy evidence that would exonerate you and support your own lawsuit that may preserve the integrity and legacy that you cherish. My take, there are bigger consequences at stake:

1. the rath of Giselle if there may be texts that may threaten their

happy home

2. unflattering or inflammatory texts regarding teammates, former

teammates, coaches or other staff in the Pats organization, Goodell,

opponents or other people in the NFL

3. possible other illicit or ill-advised activities
