April 4, 201610 yr I don't mind the cliffhanger, it's a tv show, they have cliffhangers. The more I think about it, though, the less I like it. It is like they came up with this idea of all the major characters on their knees out in the woods and one of them gets head bashed in. So they started with the ending and fit the show around it. Why did Daryl go out of the city? To revenge Denise? Nope, he went out so Glen and Rosalita and Michone could go out to stop him so they could all get captured and be part of the final scene. Why does hilltop have an ob/gyn, why does Maggie get ill and why do all the remaining major characters climb into an rv? To get Maggie to the doctor? Nope, to get caught so they can be in the final scene. How did the Negan people know they would pile in the rv? How did they manage to pull all those roadblocks off so easily? How did they park the rv and at the same time manage to herd Rick et al within a ten second run of the rv? The whole thing seems, in hindsight, horribly contrived just to get to the point of the final scene. I thought it was crazy Rick didn't shoot at that first roadblock. Was very un-Rick-like. I have enjoyed this season, but this last episode was not awesome as it should have been. P.S. did he really talk about pee pee pants? who wrote that, my granddaughter? Personally, I think they have been watching Alexandria for awhile now so they know who is coming and who is going at all times.
April 4, 201610 yr Those of us who don't read spoilers/comics know nothing about Negan' date=' so my answer would be i don't know[/quote'] Negan played it off as random didn't know who to kill, then said "my mother told me to pick the best one."
April 4, 201610 yr Negan played it off as random didn't know who to kill, then said "my mother told me to pick the best one." If, like I said, they have been watching Alexandria then yes, he knew which one he was going to kill.
April 4, 201610 yr If, like I said, they have been watching Alexandria then yes, he knew which one he was going to kill. And that was revealed last episode that they have an eye on the place.
April 4, 201610 yr If' date=' like I said, they have been watching Alexandria then yes, he knew which one he was going to kill.[/quote'] Right, I think the person was picked that's my guess.
April 4, 201610 yr Some one edited the ending to how they think it should have ended. It's definitely better. I don't think it's a spoiler because we don't know but in case, if you don't want any remote chance of seeing spoilers, don't watch.

April 5, 201610 yr I wonder if it means anything that the actor who plays Daryl is on every tv show I watch promoting himself now?
April 5, 201610 yr I wonder if it means anything that the actor who plays Daryl is on every tv show I watch promoting himself now? I think he is just promoting his new AMC motorcycle show.
April 6, 201610 yr I almost think I read somewhere that the reason for Darryl's lack of air time this season was because he was making another show. But I could also be making that up. For some reason I think i remember reading something like that, but it does make sense.
April 9, 201610 yr This has to be evil and dark. Of the people lined up it has to be Maggie or Glen to achieve that. I thought the driving around symbolized the group's true grasp of the situation with the Saviors. Rick made a terrible decision to act unilaterally without any idea if the true size and power of this group. Now he must pay and his scene with Maggie in the back of the RV really makes me think she is in some way the sacrifice for the sins of Rick and the group.
April 9, 201610 yr Overall, this was a very good season, one of the best ones IMO. I thought that the finale could have been a little better, but the writers did a good job with the suspense for sure. No doubt that Negan and his crew has been watching them for a while. It will be interesting to see who was killed; will do my best to avoid spoilers. On another note, I'm really looking forward to season two of FTWD. IMO, the first season was better than I expected it to be.
