April 4, 201610 yr I enjoyed the episode, loved the entrance of Negan but them not revealing it and coping out to not showing the death ruins Negan'd grand entrance, which is so iconic to the whole series.

April 4, 201610 yr Not surprised in the least. Cliff hangers are just that. The finale should reward the audience for watching. They didn't do that.

They built up all season to this. They had an opportunity to have a huge payoff, this missed. I'm not surprised, the writers suck on this show. The payoff will not be any better because they waited 6 months to reveal it. Read a funny comment on reddit bout how the first four episodes will come and go and we still probably won't know who died. Can see the first episode following Carol and Morgan around.

April 4, 201610 yr I guess I'm the exception it appears. I thought the first 80 minutes were pure garbage. Probably the worst episode they've put together in 6 seasons. The last 13 minutes saved it. JDM as Negan is just outstanding. Perfect for the role. As to the ending, you knew it was coming, but it didn't bother me too much. Seemed somewhat obvious that it was Daryl. JMO.
