GOREDDEVILS Posted June 5, 2015 Author Posted June 5, 2015 Congrats on a great Run to the state semis Musketeers.:thumb:
GOREDDEVILS Posted June 5, 2015 Author Posted June 5, 2015 As much as I want Russell want to kick Greenup's tail in all sports they've represented the 16th region well and will probably be back at state next year since this Greenup team had no seniors and was mostly freshmen, sophomores.
LRCW Posted June 6, 2015 Posted June 6, 2015 Congrats to Greenup County on a great season. Good luck to coach Jeremy Baioni and Highlands in the championship.
ggclfan Posted June 6, 2015 Posted June 6, 2015 I think HHS has 5 or 6 guys on the baseball team that also played football. If HHS wins state in baseball, how many guys can say they won two state championships in the same year...wow...
Musketeer_alum97 Posted June 6, 2015 Posted June 6, 2015 Congrats to the Bluebirds for the win. You all field an excellent team. Good luck tomorrow night. To my beloved GCHS, congrats to you all for a great season. Back during the first few weeks of the season, I never would have imagined that you all would have made it this far. You boys have grown and matured so much over the year. I can't wait to see what you all do in the future. I have a feeling that tonight will not be the last time that this team finishes their season at State.

Would that count as 3 in a year?

Don't count on anything in baseball. If the competition in the region is weak, I understand. But if there is decent competition, anything can happen in one and out tournaments.

I hope Greenup loses next year and doesn't make state but with as young of a team as they had they will be a tough out for anyone in region 16. They have a good shot at returning to the state tournament.

Well done in LexVegas GC. Great run and reppin the 16th.
Voice of Reason Posted June 6, 2015 Posted June 6, 2015 The pitching has worked out beautifully for Highlands. They have to like where they are on pitching heading into the final.
Playtowin29 Posted June 6, 2015 Posted June 6, 2015 Congrats on the win guys!!! One more for the hardware. Shout out to Todd "Sugar" Ramey, DJ "Spice" Mills, Hunter Henschen and Ricky Raisor all former Kentucky Crush Players.
Cardinals2745 Posted June 6, 2015 Posted June 6, 2015 Why didn't Greenup County start Zach Hayden instead of starting Ethan Coldiron?
