IMO I think the 12th Region can make a valid argument for toughest region in the state.

We shall see. I'll take the 12th Region's 1-8 ranked teams against any region's. I think folks would be surprised.

I was told last night that Danville now has a 6'6" transfer who is supposed to be a really good player. I think he's from Woodford County.

His first name is Zach. No one seems to know his last name. Danville folks are excited nonetheless.

Possibly Zach Blades.

Per the KHSAA site, Blades averaged 3.6 PPG & 3.1 RPG last year at Woodford. No roster was filed so I'm not sure of his position or class.

I'm hearing that one of the supposed transfers to Pulaski Co. from Somerset may not be going to Pulaski after all. But, they won't be at Somerset or Southwestern either.

You talking about Powell?

Another 12th region team?

Steven Fitzgerald is getting interest from Indiana and Wright State. Danny Butt is getting interest from Wright state via twitter.

No, senior Daniel Coldiron. His mom has gotten a teaching position at Wayne County. The family has bought a house in Monticello and they are in the process of moving. He is a big 6'7"-6'8" kid that played with the Travelers during AAU and was with Pulaski this summer in the few games they played.

I'm still waiting to get verification for this but it sounds legitimate.

I saw this on his dad's facebook. It said Tom Crean had contacted Steven by phone. Nice to see them getting some D1 looks. Both are very talented kids.

If true, that's an NCAA violation. Coaches cannot contact 2018 kids directly until June 15, 2016.

As soon as I get a chance I will see if "what I saw" is really "what I saw."
