April 20, 201511 yr Not counting jobs as a kid.....how many of you stayed in the same job your entire working career? I'm currently in year #34 with no changes at all.
April 20, 201511 yr 32 years at Great American Insurance. I did have a year at a different place right out of college and then moved to GAI.
April 20, 201511 yr It will be close for me. Spent 4 years in the Army out of high school, then 5years in college, worked several different jobs while in college, not sure if those count or not. Went to work in current job and been here 20 years, have about another 9 to go.

April 20, 201511 yr Worked part time at Wal-Mart after high school while trying to go to college. Quit both after a year...well quit Wal-Mart, the school told me not to come back that maybe I wasn't quite ready :idunno:. A GPA of 0.0 after 2 semesters didn't help. Got a job at a furniture store and was there for 3 years while I partied and goofed off. Finally got my head on straight and got a job where I work now in the warehouse. Moved up over the years and now an Account Manager for 3 of our biggest customers. Over 18 years with this company.
