April 21, 201511 yr Unfortunately the days of finding career 20+ year commitments in todays climate I believe are few and far between. Loyalty and relationship building has diminished. After working in account management and sales for the last 20 years. I decided to focus my energies on the production and quality of said production to limit stress and earn a steady income in the last year. Expectations have changed dramatically as well in sales in the last 15 years. Learning and applying lean manufacturing and working on six sigma curriculum to build a solid foundation and ideally find one or two organizations to finish out my next 20 years with. The current position I'm in is a stepping stone!
April 21, 201511 yr I worked for GM for 4 years, then got laid off. I got a job with Nokia, which brought me down here. After a year there, I was hired away by my current employer. Coming up on my 32nd year anniversary soon.
