April 20, 201511 yr At least it was a quick death last night; not a protracted, agonizing demise. Something like 2:02.
April 20, 201511 yr Price is looking more and more like he's in over his head with each passing series. His decision making is head-scratching at best. Oh, and Jocketty's management of the roster is borderline criminal. We're now at 8 days with no Mesoraco and playing a man down. Last night, they played 2 down. Not enough talent on the roster to handicap them this way.
April 20, 201511 yr Anyone wonder what the difference between the Reds and every other Major League Baseball Team? Just look at how the Reds handle someone sliding hard into one of their players (this past week) and the way the KC Royals handle a A's player sliding hard in at 2nd base. That my friends is the difference between a real Major League team and the Reds.
April 20, 201511 yr Billy Hamilton HAS to pinch run there. Didn't he have a pulled muscle? No sense in risking the remainder of this (pathetic) season this early in April.
April 20, 201511 yr Face it, the Cards OWN the Reds. The Reds needed a rainout...where's Tom Berenger when you need him???
April 20, 201511 yr Face it, the Cards OWN the Reds. The Reds needed a rainout...where's Tom Berenger when you need him??? I think it was Crash Davis that manufactured the rainout in Bull Durham, not Jake Taylor in Major League.
April 20, 201511 yr I think it was Crash Davis that manufactured the rainout in Bull Durham, not Jake Taylor in Major League. Speaking of Crash Davis, where's he been lately? Seems like he hasn't posted in quite a while.
April 20, 201511 yr Speaking of Crash Davis' date=' where's he been lately? Seems like he hasn't posted in quite a while.[/quote'] Can't say that I blame him.
April 20, 201511 yr Good news is the Reds aren't blowing any leads. Bad news is they aren't getting any leads
April 20, 201511 yr Another one can't bunt That first bunt attempt was one of the worst I have ever seen in MLB. Punched at the ball like he was trying to swat a fly.
April 20, 201511 yr Author That first bunt attempt was one of the worst I have ever seen in MLB. Punched at the ball like he was trying to swat a fly. You'd think a guy who catches for a living could put his bat in the path of a ball.
