While Marshall has a history of putting skill players in the NFL, I believe he will get better offers than Marshall. If he wants to go to Marshall that's his choice, but by decommiting from Kentucky, I doubt his sights are set on schools like Marshall and in my opinion be will get much better offers than Marshall.

The Herald Dispatch in Huntington, WV listed Baker as running a 4.28 40 at the best of the Midwest combine in Indianapolis.

Rumor....and it is just a rumor...but I've heard Marshall has invested a lot of time in recruiting him. Would be awesome to see him at Navy. I'm a Navy fan. Lol

I think UK probably cooled off after he decommitted.

 

Judging based on his twitter account and just talking to him in general, if Tennessee offered him and chased him I believe he would go there.

I know at a Ole Miss. camp he ran a 4.29 I believe.

Looking at the list, I would say UK is OK with him taking his talents elsewhere.

Kind of a confusing recruiting situation, obviously has speed, but UK is only big Power offer? Kind of find it hard to believe that any other Power schools will offer if they haven't yet(unless there is some KY connection). It's almost like a Joker Phillips era recruit

If he's that fast and those are his best offers, there must be something, maybe size, that is keeping the bigger schools away.
