How could any real investigation of Benghazi (1) not include an interview with HRC and (2) not figure out that she was using a personal email account instead of a government account. The Benghazi investigation was a complete joke...and if the Republicans were in charge of the investigation, shame on them. Hopefully, Trey Gowdy gets to the bottom of this.

I'd rather have one REAL one than the bunch of jokes we have had. I will ask again, how can a real investigation of Benghazi (1) NOT include at least an interview with the then Sec of State (HRC) and (2) not IMMEDIATELY figure out that her emails were on her home computer and not on the governments? The fact that neither of the above occurred proves the previous investigations were a joke.

Obama holds Clinton's political future in his hands. I imagine there's a LOT of behind the scenes activity going on with Obama extracting promises from Bill & Hill. Her saving grace will be that Obama really wants another Dem to follow him in office and after Hillary the leading contenders are The Three Stooges of Biden, Warren and Sanders.

Seeing as the White House just said they didn't know Clinton was using a private email your comment doesn't hold water.

 

Either the adminsitration is lying or it wasn't public knowledge.

 

Powell is irrelevant to the conversation because new regulations were put forth in 2009 and a stricter law in 2014 . Clinton time fell under the 2009 guidelines which she didn't follow.

Now Politico is reporting she likely violated a 2005 State Department policy as well because of the server.

Wasting time arguing with democrats here . The majority of them don't care what she's done , they will pull the lever no matter what . And won't attempt backing another candidate .

Since this information was initially reported by the NYT, usually more "friendly" toward the progressives, it's my thoughts that there's a potential candidate that's preferred so they're willing to throw Mrs Clinton under the bus. JMO

Relatively tame by global standards. Openness is essential to a healthy democracy, but this is hardly massive corruption that would make other countries shudder.

 

However, this country is seriously scrutinized by everyone and so even this will be hugely criticized... and rightly should be.

If they were 200K emails and she only handed over 55K how do we really know just how massive this corruption really is ? Thats why the proper handling of info is a serious matter and its written into law that evidently career politician and lawyer Mrs Clinton chose not to follow . But I'm sure you know that . Or what if there were on 58K emails but she erased the damaging 3K ones ? The whole thing stinks .. and I'll be around -hopefully- to remind everyone of it when the old bag gets elected by people who ought to know better .
