How many will they win?

I wouldn't be surprised to see the Tigers get 4, I think 3 is a safe bet. I thought they were the best team in 1A this year but didn't get it done.

I sorta wish Mayfield was still in 1A cause I'd bet that they would win the next 3

Beechwood has a very good shot at winning a title every year. But I think many are underestimating the east. Beechwood is the number 1 team coming into 2015 but they are and will be some very good teams.

After the run I expect from the Tigers they Kamiss. should be petitioned to rename the 1A title game the Beech Bowl.

^ Guess all the other Class A teams shouldn't even have a playoffs.Beechwood has no means been on the level of Mayfield the past several years. Now if they was I would agree with.. But in the next 4 years I do think the west will win it 2 times and the east 2 times.

They never could beat Mayfield...Mayfield has had their hands full with Russellville...I say Beechwood continues its inability to even get it done.

I will disagree with the bold. The only game Beechwood was not on the same level with Mayfield was 2009. In all the other games, they were close games at halftime with Mayfield pulling away as the game wore on. Last season was a battle till late. In 2011, Beechwood missed taking the lead on a controversial play at the end of the game. Beechwood has been within striking distance and just couldn't make the plays it needed to win.

One thing is for sure, if Beechwood doesn't dominate Class A now they definitely need to move in another direction.

 

I really think the pressure is on Coach Rash to win it all more than once in the next four years.

Honestly, I don't see it that way at all and I doubt many others do either. Even in 2011, Mf held a narrow lead down the stretch. But Mf has moved on and that should open things up for the Tigers in the future in my opinion.

The gap has been small between the two in most years, Beechwood will not miss them.

Hazard will be loaded in the next 2 or 3 years. I think they have a shot at a title then.

When Beechwood won in 2007 and 2008, they were both close hard fought games, just like last year's win by Mayfield was. Anyone who wins a title in 1A over the next four years will have to beat tough competition and earn it.

Excellent post voice. After 2008 I think the best teams Beechwood has field since then was in 2011 and 2014. I also think in those years they were 3rd best team in the state. Beechwood will most definitely have to work for the title if they are going to win it. Beechwood after round 1 in the playoff will have a tough road going against teams such as Louisville Holy Cross , Frankfort and then a Russellville. That my friend is a tough road. But after this year 2015 what does the tiger program look like?
