February 16, 201511 yr I hate hearing this. Praying hard that all is well with Mex's brother. Think, O God, of our friend who is ill, whom we now commend to Your compassionate regard. Comfort him upon his sickbed, and ease his suffering. We beg for deliverance, and submit that no healing is too hard for the Lord, if it be His will. We therefore pray that You bless our friend with Your loving care, renew his strength, and heal what ails him in Your loving name. Thank You, Lord.
February 16, 201511 yr Thanks UK#1. I really appreciate it, and to whoever told you, thanks. My brother was on his way to work this morning and a car ahead of him stopped. He hit his brakes on 75 near Florence and spun. He hit the divider and bounced back into the highway where he was T-boned. He suffered broken ribs, small bones in his pelvis and back, severe contusion of the femur, and something else to his ankle that I'm not sure of b/c I haven't spoken with my Dad in awhile. They are keeping him under observation in the ICU to see if his lacerated spleen will heal on its own. If it will not, he will have surgery to remove it. He got very lucky that it wasn't a more catastrophic accident, however, I feel terrible for him right now.
