Why would you lie about something like that, A. B. Why when famous people get caught in a lie do they make things worse by using an excuse that comes across as a second lie?

I watch Bill and Megyn sometimes so I need liberal balance. I have always liked Williams but I want to try someone else out now.

This is so strange. How do you "misremember" whether a plane you were in was hit by enemy fire?!?!?! Isn't that something you remember the rest of your life?? And if you are lying about it to make yourself look tough, in this day and age, you have to know people will come out and set the record straight. Now he is saying he spent two harrowing nights in the desert when he supposedly did not. What is he thinking on this...total unforced error.

 

Does NBC keep him over this or do they eventually have to let him go???

I do not watch any nightly news program. I either read it on the internet news sites or here on BGP!
