Nice looking roster! Congrats & Good Luck to Zach Berger & Donald Brooks of Trinity!

Not one Northern Kentucky kid on the roster. Do not understand why the coaches in that part of the state choose to ignore these types of games for kids that are in their program.

Not one Northeastern KY kid either.

Were some invited and either could not due to other commitments, not allowed to play for some reason or just chose not to play? Seen some of those reasons before on other threads for these type of games. There are several names missing. Just wondering.

Hopefully someone in the know can answer these questions.

When's the game? Good luck KY!

NKY kids rarely get invited or accept the opportunity to play in this game from what I've seen. Not sure why there isn't reciprocated interest between the organizers of this game and the kids. Seems like a good way to highlight some kids from the smaller programs out of the mountains.

Good to see McCracken represented from out west and Trinity, Male and DeSales from the Ville.

I think it was addressed on here or that other site a few years ago, and it's up to coaches to nominate kids for this game. If coaches don't nominate them the bowl just chase after the players.

Doesn't make sense that Louisville has representation but not NKY. May be some history there we don't know about between the coaches and the organizers of the game. Glad to see these kids getting to play one more game!

I know when this Bowl Started there was a lack of respect around the state for it since the players initially were mostly from the southern and eastern part of the state. Many looked down their noses at the bowl...some may still feel like that, I don't know.

It is frustrating, how do the kids get on this team? Nominated? Do they look at film? Right off hand I see 3 kids from Scott County, seems as though they could spread it around.

My oldest son was a participant in this game and loved the experience.
