I hated this whole committee thing from the beginning for the reason of not have a small group of people choosing who gets in.

 

I still say the BCS format put the two most deserving teams in it each year, and it would have put the 4 most deserving in this year. And, in the proper order.

 

I would agree with putting them 1 and 2 with Oregon 3rd.

How FSU is 4 is another joke...and I don't even like FSU!! They are undefeated and have played numerous teams that are normally good (Clemson, Florida, Miami, ND). It is not their fault that some have had bad years. Also, winning EVERY game has to mean A LOT.

 

And to think that if Miss St had beaten Ole Miss, FSU may very well be out of the top 4 right now. What a joke. A defending national champion that is undefeated this year and last year that cannot defend its championship?? Insanity...

I don't care about the trap game stuff. However, comparing what each team did against WV only makes sense if they did not PLAY EACH OTHER. Why not compare what they each did against Kansas then?? Who cares. They played each other and Baylor won. It is in Baylor's favor that the game was at Baylor this year. Last year it was at TCU and next year it will be at TCU. That is just how it works. Also, if they played again, I would not be surprised at all if TCU won. We will never know however. What we do know is that when they did play, Baylor won.

Semantics. They have played the same "conference" schedule and they have no "conference" championship unlike the other power conferences who have a conference championship and not everyone plays every team in their "conference".

Looking at the common opponents it looks like TCU and Baylor are all over the place. On some opponents Baylor had bigger margins of victory, on others TCU did. Confusing.
