Is Boone starting out with CCH and Highlands again?

Boone didn't play the Birds last year and will not be playing the Birds this year.

Was that 2 years ago then?

Boone starts out with scrimmages against Lafayette and Beechwood.

Then games against Cov Cath, Scott Co and Meade Co.

Yes Sir.

Yes Sir.

How time flies. :creepy:

Yes and no one in our district will have that kind of team speed this season. The season Dixie beat them, I would bet that Trinity was a faster team, it just happened to be Dixie's night. If you have more guts than the other team then a lot of times that's enough to win.

Trinity had some guys who could fly that year! But we had pretty good team speed. Add to that, that our Dline and backers were all over the QB all night, and it didn't matter how quick they were. The two Rock RB's scared me more than anything! Now they were quick. But somehow we kept them in check that night. I wouldn't have wanted to go best two out of three.

You were right on right up to the "more guts" comment. It was Dixie's night and they outplayed a pretty good Trinity team when it counted. It wasn't a lack of guts, it had more to do with too many turnovers.

That game had guts in spades on both sides! It was a great game, regardless of the outcome for the team you rooted for. I wish all playoff games could be that good.

Wouldn't that make the playoffs all that more exciting.:thumb:

I've seen some pretty good games over the years, some dogs too, but the good deffinetly outweighs the bad. This year should be more of the same.....

I can't wait!:thumb: :jump: :D

Preseason Poll for NKY 4A

1. Boone

2. Dixie

3. Ryle

4. SK

5. CC

6. Scott

7. Holmes

8. Conner

Just something to start with ???

Ryle and CC had some nice backers last season. How many defenders do the Raiders return? I thought they had the best defense in NKYAAAA last season.

I believe that Boone will be very good next year. They had a O-Line composed of mostly juniors; if they can find a way to fill the gap that Davis leaves, the Rebels will open a lot of eyes in NKY from game 1 against CCH and through the season. Boone always has a strong defense and will be led by Rob Domasko, Tanner Williams, and Nick Kaiser. Boone returns Bogle at QB, Duechet at WR, Farris at RB, and Domasko at FB. With the experience and talent at the skills positions I would look for Boone to put up some points. Only the season will tell the tale and I can't wait... :ylsuper:

A team that lost one district game last year with a roster full of sophomores is not going to open anyone's eyes. Everyone's eyes are already open. If you read through the threads for next year in 4A, you'll notice that most people have them as their favorite next year. ;) BC will not sneak up on anyone next year.

Would Mason County be in this region?
