How many 6'10 guys you know can grab the rebound run coast to coast make a dribble move to lose defender and finish in traffic?

Sorry,, IMO he's a top 50 kid just not top 25..

3000-3500

 that is a nice turnout and a great crowd I bet it was an awesome atmosphere!!

I'm not basing anything on a scrimmage game in Hindman. That's not a knock on anyone or anything. I'm just saying that it's a preseason game and I'm not going to overreact after one game.

This ^^

Wow. For one game?

Agree this is a little pricey for a game. But i am a tight wad :)

A poster said KCC was down by 16 in the third. Was the final margin of 6 points the closest that KCC got?

Knott tied it twice late, a couple turnovers really hurt Knott in the last minute, Trinity took advantage of the turnovers. Great athsmophere and a great game!

Agree to disagree then. It's Cams to lose.

Said the KCC fan.....

That's fine. I'm not mad at you.

One scrimmage game makes him the favorite? Come on, man.

Bolden put up over 30 on Trinity last summer in a scrimmage as well.....

There are three or four other players who will have something to say about that before it's all said and done.

Shame on you,,,maybe I misunderstood you, but I thought last week you were selling the idea that these scrimmage games had a lot of meaning..Do summer games really count in in the Mr. Basketball voting

If a scrimmage is $10 how much is a regular season game?

I said one scrimmage game doesn't make a player leading candidate for Mr Basketball...much different than getting a gauge on how good a TEAM is going to be. Nice try, though.

This ^^

Was thinking the same thing! We play there Dec. 5 and was thinking about making the 3 1/2 drive down, But this had me rethinking that plan ole dad will have to dig deep in the ole pockets to take the fam down there (gas, admission, concessions, ect). Probally just stay home and go to the girls game that night :thumb:

I think knott co really made eastern ky look like hicks. They treated this like a season game. First off they gave trinity $5000.00 to come down there and play. They also had their pep band going, cheerleaders, radio and tv broadcast and played the national anthem before the game started. I think trinity did not look at it the same way. On a neutral floor trinity wins 15-20 points.. Knott has the same problem they have had the last 3 years they have no point guard. When they play a team that decides to guard justice and apply pressure to the ball knott will have problems. They have a good team I am just not sure they are 3rd in the state. I think perry this year will give them problems.

I think that is a very harsh statement to make at Knott County to say this made them look like "hicks". Why does having the pep band and cheerleaders and 3500 ppl in attendance make them look bad? Ten dollars might have been a tad high but there were four games (Lawrence County and Wolfe County played varsity and JV games as well as Trinity and KCC). I for one am proud to say that the National Anthem was played before the game. PCC may well play them very tough but to lash out at them for having the number one team in the state come and play them on their home floor is unfair.
