The fact that businesses are being shut down, etc. should lead most to believe there will not be criminal charges. (In my opinion, the correct decision) This will be ugly.

Not often, but it can/does happen. Called Jury Shopping, keep trying to indict until they get a GJ to agree with them. In some cases Special Prosecutors are used as well as a GJ from another city to get an indictment.

Never mind...CNN clarified earlier statement...family DOES NOT know the outcome.
