On the white one is that some sort of fade at the top and bottom, or is it just a shadow in the pic? If it is a fade, I'm not sure that I get why, or much dig it. If I saw it for real perhaps I'd think differently.

Does the of white jersey say Covington Catholic? And Vice Versa on the blue?

Guess we just wait and see.

Anyone know the final varsity roster? Getting updates on the frosh is great and all but misleading. Other programs, as does CCH, have kids playing up on JV and varsity. Really meaningless unless the classes above are truly loaded preventing kids from playing up. With what CCH lost at varsity level, it's interesting to see who gets a shot from the underclassmen.

Always fluid but look for Ruthsatz and Maher to start JV to start the season.

It is just 1 solid color.

 

There is a shelf sticking out just below the numbers on the jersey, so the bottom half is sticking out creating the shadow effect.

 

I think I would dislike a two-shade design as well.

They only have one scrimmage?

Some schools will just do one but most of those are really dependent on football players.

I just noticed on the schedule that CCH opens up with Holy Cross in a district game. I don't recall them ever playing that early.

The last two years they've done scrimmages with Cincinnati Turpin and Western Hills but its generally not been very much attended since they sometimes have to travel up 275.

 

Not sure what they've done this year.
