Even if they are right, it is ill advised to do this. Ahhh ... the power of 15 fans and twitter, where they derive much of their ego. Yes, leave it alone.

However it does let us fans know that the players do notice this, and IMO probably doesn't exactly help paint Cincinnati as a fun exciting place that people want to play for. Hopefully it is not something AJ Green looks at to much or worries to much because the man is going to get paid no matter where he goes. They don't care about any of that crap. They just want to get paid. I wouldn't recommend biting the hand that feeds you.
October 8, 201411 yr 6 out of 23 says otherwise. Has the current regime been there for all 23 years? Of course not. Andy Dalton & AJ Green are both 26 years old. They've been in Cincinnati for 3 years, and each year the Bengals have made the playoffs. Anything can happen, but they certainly seem to be in a good position to make the playoffs for the FOURTH (4th) straight year. Burfict is only 24. He's made the playoffs each year that he's been in the NFL. The Bengals have consistently made the playoffs since the current core has been in town. Have they had any success in the playoffs? Absolutely not.
October 8, 201411 yr They had one bad game... So. I wasn't one in Twitter bashing them but those that were I have no issue with and neither should the players doing the griping. Many fans have supported this team for decades and if they can't vent about a bad game without getting some of the players panties in a bunch then I say screw those players. Many fans have been supporting this team long before these players were even born so don't sit there and whine about the very fans that are giving you a living. These same fans you could care less about just 5 years earlier before you even came into the league. Along the same lines, these are the very same fans that will be cheering you on with every win also. They are Fans which stands for Fanatic. October 8, 201411 yr Author I agree with most on here however I think the players frustration doesn't deal with just the reaction after the loss, its overall. As pointed out this current group of players don't give a crap about the bad Bengal teams in the past, and why should they. This current group has really only known being a winning team that makes the playoffs, and one of the very few teams that have consistently done it the last three years. Yet on home games they know its always a fight to sell out games each season, see plenty of empty seats, etc. Which I know we all have discussed various reasons why people don't attend games. Money, the home experience, etc. However they just know when they go play road games they have to play in hostile environments that are packed. The Bengals ticket prices are actually some of the lowest in the NFL. So I definitely see why the players overall would be frustrated, because they are a winning team but struggle getting fans at games, while even teams who haven't had the success the last few years doesn't have to struggle as much to get fans at games.

If you are so used to them losing, you should have expected a loss to be coming at some point. Bengals fans need to get over themselves... Blowing a gasket over one loss? Who are the ones crying exactly?? Seems like the beef is with Marvin Lewis more than anything. All the players that were on the field Sunday night weren't the same ones that lost all the other games in Prime Time. Some of them were, sure, but not all. Why blast the players for something that has been an issue with the Bengals for over a decade? These guys were asked a question and they answered. If you didn't like what they had to say, maybe you are part of the problem.

I don't go on Twitter and get in a Twitter war with any players anyway. I was just saying the ones who seem to have a problem are the players. With that said, as I said before its them that are out of line not fans who state the facts about their play in a game. As far as they lost a game. I do t know of anyone who predicted a 16-0 Season. It's not the loss that I personally was bothered by but more of the way they lost.
