I think the Bengals are clearly the superior team but I fear NE was so embarrassed last night and many of the talking heads are talking the end of the Patriots that we may get a stellar effort out of New England.

I will take the Bengals by 10.

I keep hearing people say that the Pats will come back with a vengeance but I just don't know if I see it.... Their OLine is young (and judging from last night, overmatched), and quite frankly, they lack playmakers on Offense. Julian Edelman is a good player, but he rarely is making catches more than 10 yards down field. Gronk isn't healthy and might never be the same. They have one back that runs and one that catches but none that do both. And their top healthy receiver is some guy named Danny Amendola.

To be quite honest, I think it was a bad decision to sit Dobson and Thomkins last night. They may be their best outside receivers.

And the Chiefs did whatever they wanted offensively. And lets be honest. Jamaal Charles is really good. But behind him, Dwayne Bowe is solid not spectacular, and Knile Davis and Travis Kelce are budding but nowhere near established. It wasn't like that was the '99 Rams out there.

The Patriots looked bad in all three phases and it might take awhile to fix it. Now, I could be wrong. But that's just my opinion.

How do you think the Pats performance last night affects the game this Sunday?

A lot. Getting drilled by KC has gotta have Brady foaming at the mouth to get out and redeem himself.

That is how I feel too but I want a NE fans perspective.

Thus far, the Pats have not played a good game. They do get Browner back this week at CB, if he is ready to play, that will help. I really believe the Bengals are much better than the Pats, but I just don't see this being easy in any way. I think the Pats win by a FG. They are way due to play well, the Bengals have had only one bad quarter in three games, they are due to lay a clunker somewhere along the line.

The thing is, Brady can be as upset as he wants to be, that doesn't improve the team any. They still have no downfield threat etc.

Yea Brady will be upset but what does that change? Nothing. They are still a bad team.
