Go Bowling Green!

Oh yea, rooting for BG all the way.

Go Purples! Carry the state banner!

I can understand why T fans would not be rooting for BG. I sure am! Go Purple.

Why wouldn't you be pulling for BG?

I helped with information engraved on Coach Dennis Lampley's trophy that remains one of his prized possessions. I witnessed all but the first game of the 50 game streak that started in Paducah in 1988 and ended at Holy Cross on Dixie Highway in 1991. There is a beautiful large plaque in Trinity's trophy case that pays homage to all of the varsity coaching staff members during the streak.

The fact Bowling Green Coach Kevin Wallace chose to quit playing Trinity adds fuel to the fire.:irked: I am all in for the Blue Tornado this week.:thumb:

Absolutely! Go Purples!

Not fair. Bowling Green is in a relatively small city and Trinity is a private school in a major metropolitan area. You can't fault Coach Wallace for doing best by his program.

Why wouldn't playing Trinity be best for the program? They do not draw from the same area. They are not in the same class. The money and exposure would be good.

What a classy and typical Trinity response. What major private school from a much larger Metro area did Trinity beat during their 50 wins?

Obviously Coach Wallace felt it wasn't best and he is the one person in the most informed position to make that call.
