I know some have laughed at the police escort idea but honestly why couldn't SK have called up LMPD and asked for a one or two car escort to the stadium? I'm sure LMPD would have complied since they stated they will up security. Unless they feel that the stadium is dangerous, at which time I then have to question the security at X.

Frankly, I think this is the reason. Get a life SK. And watch out for that flower sale. Those people can be crazy.

X uses off duty LMPD in uniform for all it's events. There is no problem with security. These are all alums and they are. Numerous.

Why would you risk it just for a scrimmage?

Gives the Pioneers some free time to watch the Cooper/Dixie scrimmage.

Folks welcome to the new way of life. All threats now have to be taken serious. Yes we all see it as completely stupid but with all the school violence, work place violence times have now changed. No way either team wanted to reschedule this because we all know that is a major PITA. This decision came from the top and for the record that's not the head coach or the AD.

Absolute joke..... St. X, one of the top 1-2 safest campuses in town (even if there was a threat) and SK bows out. They should be ashamed. If I was Will I'd tell SK to take their ovaries elsewhere for a scrimmage.
