Nothing changed. I listened to Dr. Baden's explanation for each wound and nothing he said was inconsistent with the police officer's account of events.

 

Dr. Baden said that one of the grazing wounds on Brown's arm could have been inflicted from behind, but he also said that he could have been holding his arms up and shot from the front, or that it could be a defensive wound from the front.

 

As for the top of the head wound, Baden said that it was most likely inflicted when Brown was leaning forward or kneeling.

A lot of hard bones in the head, bullet may have went through eye and ricocheted down...:idunno:

I believe that Baden was talking about the delay in getting the x-rays from the medical examiner - not x-rays that he had taken himself. The x-rays would have been taken prior to the first autopsy and should show the exact location of the slugs and possible fractures.

Every autopsy room I've ever been in has a unit right there. Those "films" are consulted as part of the diagnosis and case description. Not sure what he's talking about then.

The bones of the skull are flat bones. The orbit not so much, but I agree maybe it could have fragmented.

As for whether the bullets entered from the front or back the size of the entry/exit wounds would reveal that. If the doctor whose autopsy was publicized looked at the body and measured, his analysis of the shots being from the front would seem to be accurate.

Correct on exit wounds. The guy I referred to was talking about wounds that were surface wounds.

I'd suggest that making accusations or assumptions without having all of the evidence when asked hypothetical questions makes tensions worser.

Attorney says the small dot on the head shows that the shot came from above and behind. Interesting that the ME said there were 6 shots. That would be a 7th shot.

I understand that. My only contention is, why throw out all of these hypothetical outcomes if you haven't got all the information at your disposal? Is that not what he did? Or do I misunderstand? If so, I apologize.
