Conner Cougars is offensive me...

I'll let someone else make the comment I'm thinking. I don't want you hunting me down.

 Don't be scared. I couldn't hurt a fly!

Silver Grove Big Trains. Small trains across the Commonwealth are feeling inadequate.

Frederick Fraize Aces. All of the other 52 cards in the deck are jealous.

Grant County and Union County Braves. Cowards are, well, cowering.

Harrison County Thoroughbreds. Morgans, quarterhorses and the like are protesting that they feel gelded.

I'd like to see Rebels changed.

All remnants of traitorous scum should be wiped from the Earth.

I'd be cool if they kept the mascot name and changed its appearance to something like this though...

On a related note, the coolest mascots are:

10. Prestonsburg Blackcats. Not superstitious, those Prestonsburtonians.

9. Glasgow Scotties. Love me some Star Trek.

8. Greenup County Musketeers. Too bad there's only 3 on a team.

7. Somerset Briar Jumpers. Not enough of us are loyal to our roots.

6. Henderson County Fighting Colonels. Much better choice than, say, the yellow-bellied colonels.

5. Campbell County Camels. Inquiring minds want to know - one hump or two?

4. Bracken County Polar Bears. Not much cooler than a Polar Bear?

3. St. Francis Wyverns. That's dragons for smart folks.

2. Lloyd Memorial Juggernauts. Extra points for the shortened version.

1. Sacred Heart Valkyrie. Far and away the best of the bunch.

Got to get rid of the "Bluebirds" the fear and oppression we thrust upon earthworms is overwhelming. This whole name changing thing is petty. While not "full blooded" I have quite a few ancestors that were, dare I say it, of "Indian" heritage and really it almost seems to get me worked up the other direction when this is brought up.

I thought you were Mexican? :idunno:

No that's Chico. We all think he is the milkmans kid!!! Lol

I loved it a few years ago when that group of students at Ole Miss tried to have their mascot changed to Admiral Ackbar.
