I think you're right, although it might cost him a couple slots as teams consider how much risk they're willing to take at that high position. Bottom line if a team needs a QB they're going to take him. Where he might be hurt is if a team picking high also has a need in another position and a top talent is also available there. In that case these issues could lead the team to fill the other need rather than risk it.
May 1, 201412 yr I probably wouldn't draft him in the first round. He'd have to prove he can handle the lifestyle of an NFL player before I could give him first round money. He's of to a horrible start. Perception is everything these days and now the target on his back will be bigger than Manziel's was. Waiting to see what he messes up next.
