I guess the NFL really wants the Steelers back in the playoffs. Their schedule is ridiculously easy.

I wrote a letter. Duece signed it.

In order for them to be anything more than 8-8 Andy will have to play like Tom, which will earn him big money. If he dont, the raiders Im sure can use a QB again.

My take on your post was jaded due to my knowledge of your overall feelings about Dalton. Had a new poster made that same post, I wouldn't have inferred other meanings, in your case, I know how you feel about him, so it is easy to read between the lines.

I think he's an excellent guy, good role model , average to good QB in that order.

Can you blame them? They'd have a better showing than the Bengals.

Really? :irked:

It is 8 home games and 8 away games. How hard (or easy) can the schedule be? It is the same schedule as the Steelers, Browns, and Ravens with the exception of the non-divisional and non-NFC games.

Heck if anything the dates and times seem to favor the Bengals. Get a Bye before in theory toughest road game ( Pats) and get a mini-bye before second toughest road game ( Saints). Thursday night game at home. Monday night game at Home. And before worrying about Broncos and Steelers in last two weeks......those games could be meaningless for the Broncos and Steelers as in those teams could not be in a playoff position or they could not be in a position to improve their playoff seeding.

Come on Frank, it's more fun when they cry over the schedule.:idunno:

He'll have his raise before the Ravens' game -- bet on that.

Double or nothing from the Choo bet?

All excellent points.

This is what cracks me up. If the Bengals have a good season, they won in spite of Dalton. However, if they go 7-9, it was Dalton's fault.

Isn't it that way with every QB in the league?

This way, when they don't make the Super Bowl, again, or don't even win a playoff game, again, they have something to blame it on.

Worked out nice for me. Bengals are in town Thanksgiving weekend, the Bulls host UCF in the season finally the Friday before.

In fact, there is really only one conflict between the Bucs schedule and with my college football plans, October 26th against the Vikings. I'll be in Cincinnati for the USF/UC game Friday night. With us driving, it would be tough to make a 1 pm game in Tampa on Sunday. I plan on going to the Mississippi State/UK game Saturday, instead, and be on the road home Sunday.

Other than that, the scheduling lines up nice. So much so that I'm seriously considering the purchase of Buccaneer season tickets this year.

Remember the UC games are in Paul Brown Stadium this year not on the UC campus at Nippert in case you are staying somewhere. Also means you will have a good seat.
