April 9, 201412 yr According to his twitter he hasn't announced yet, but we all know he's going to, so he may as well come out now and say it. Perhaps there will be another group annoucement like there was 2 years ago, and he didn't want this coming out yet.
April 9, 201412 yr I hate it when people jump the gun with these stories. Felt bad for the Kennard kid as well. Idiots just feel the need to scoop it first. Makes me sick.

April 10, 201412 yr Author I am not a hoops guy but he doesn't look ready to me. I think another year in college would serve him well. Once he learns a jumper over the summer he will he lethal.
April 10, 201412 yr Author Thanks, but that really doesn't help me out much. Does every team that doesn't make the playoffs go into the lottery? Yes. Worst team has best best percentage and it goes down the list. As of 2013, with 30 NBA teams, 16 qualify for the playoffs and the remaining 14 teams are entered in the draft lottery. These 14 teams are ranked in reverse order of their regular season record and are assigned the following number of chances http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NBA_draft_lottery 1st to 14th 250 combinations, 25.0% chance of receiving the #1 pick 199 combinations, 19.9% chance 156 combinations, 15.6% chance 119 combinations, 11.9% chance 88 combinations, 8.8% chance 63 combinations, 6.3% chance 43 combinations, 4.3% chance 28 combinations, 2.8% chance 17 combinations, 1.7% chance 11 combinations, 1.1% chance 8 combinations, 0.8% chance 7 combinations, 0.7% chance 6 combinations, 0.6% chance 5 combinations, 0.5% chance
April 10, 201412 yr He may not have "officially" decided, but he'll go. He's likely a lottery pick and will simply have to learn while getting paid. I do think he'd benefit from another year in college as he isn't truly pro ready, but if I was in his shoes, I don't know how I'd pass on the money.
April 10, 201412 yr He could use abother year of college but hard to advise a kid go turn down top 10 money.
April 10, 201412 yr Once he learns a jumper over the summer he will he lethal. Needs a right hand around the basket but he has a lot of tools that he'll be able to use right away. Long way to go to be a star but he's as NBA ready as just about anyone this year.
April 10, 201412 yr Author Needs a right hand around the basket but he has a lot of tools that he'll be able to use right away. Long way to go to be a star but he's as NBA ready as just about anyone this year. Right hand obviously is his kryptonite but something he can figure out in time. Stating the obvious but hitting that 18 footer will take his game to the next level. He will have more space to work in the NBA and he has quick feet. He's going to be a good pro.
