Great win for the T-Cats. They are starting to peak at the right time again. Flynn has the boys rolling. Kudos to the Royals and Coach Frailie. They came in with a good game plan and played a good game. This district should be very interesting for the next few years.

I have got a phone call into Coach Pratt....Dickie said there was no reason for anyone to even play the rest of the games, because Ashland is cruising from here on out....So I think we will just cancel the rest of the games...

First - I have to ask Onetoya if he is single. I know an elderly matron that just LOVES to get updates from handsome young men when B97 loses it's internet broadcasts.

 

Second - A HUGE effort by Rose Hill, just falling short in what would have been the second big upset in two nights of 16th Region play. Not being there, and not listening to Dicky call it, I have no real idea how the game unfolded, but thanks to Onetoya, I was at least able to keep up with the score. Heckuva game for Rose Hill, and they should keep their heads up. I don't know what they did to hold McDavid to 3 points, but that is a first this year - possibly in his young life.

 

Third - Congrats to the Cats. At this time of year, any win is an excellent win - especially when they finished the game with McDavid on the bench due to fouls. It sounded like Wilcox and Cannoy stepped up big, Reliford played great on D, and Thomas can carry us when we need for him to.

 

What a first two days... Anyone that thinks any given team is a favorite to win this region is nuts. When play starts at Morehead, there will be eight teams that ALL have an equal shot at a trip to Rupp.

Cannoy and Wilcox are hard-nose players and do all the little things to help the T-cats. They are the people that get very little sot light, but you can always count on them to show up and play.

Congrats to the Tomcats! Just be glad that Thomas didn't stay at Rose Hill!

Not Euton. I remember in the pre-season folks talking about a tall kid and some were saying he was good and others saying he was OK. I think his mom even posted on here.

Good win for Ashland, but in the post season if you don't hit your free throws you generally lose. Ashland missed 19 FTs tonight, with most misses coming in the 4th qtr

Lets just say he is a work in progress. Physically he isn't at a varsity level yet. Once he matures into his body he will be fine.

Chase Jackson. He didn't have that great of a season, but he dress alot of games for reasons which I don't know. He had 2 points tonight and saw limited action. Nothing special here, especcially for someone his size.
