My 12 hour flight from Chicago to Tokyo probably isn't for you then. Let alone the 14 hour flight from San Fran to Sydney. I've been on some long flights. Upper level at Rupp Arena. The last time I went I was sitting thigh to thigh with an XXL Dude. Another guy comes down the aisle about 4 minutes into the game. He says he has seat 12. Everybody checks their ticket stubs. I had 11. XXL Dude has 13. Make room for 1 more. It's lowers or TV for me.

I might catch crap for this, but honestly, if it's outside the United States, I just don't have a burning desire to go. Mostly because my level of trust of other legal systems is at an all-time low. I might consider something in England.

I'm not eager to spend a lot of time overseas, but would like to travel to Italy and/or Greece at some point.

I think you guys are really doing yourself a disservice. I was kind of the same way about going overseas until I got the chance to go. It is a trip you will never forget.

Overseas none of the following:

 

The Baltic States

China

The Middle East

Any African country where there is a civil war

The North or South Poles and accompanying land masses

 

I have been to Hawaii, United Kingdom, France, Russia, Yucatan Peninsula/Cozumel and throughout the Caribbean and would recommend them to anyone.

 

On the trip bucket list is Australia, Ireland, and New Zealand.

I do not want to go on a safari in Africa. My luck, the stampede or the rhino with a bad attitude will find me.

I'd probably go anywhere once. Places I've been to and don't like:

 

Myrtle Beach

Gatlinburg (love the mountains and aquarium. Hate everything else)

Indiana

Every amusement park

 

Places that are the lowest on my list:

Disneyland (unless I can go to Harry Potter world on a day they open the park only to people of my choosing)

Most cruises - would MUCH rather see these places my own way

All-inclusive resorts - fake, not the real place

 

The Las Vegas category

I like to gamble but you need only to spend a day or two in this place before it gets depressing.
