Tonight's desperate comeback is an anomaly. They came back before with Cal at the helm. These guys just haven't figured out that this is a different level of basketball than what got them here. And IMO, they haven't given their hearts to that understanding. Some do, some don't. We will see who gets it and who doesn't as we journey to the end.

I have wondered that at times myself. I don't know if they may be playing afraid to make a mistake and get benched / ripped for it. At any rate, something had better get worked out and fixed Soon, or it's one and done in the tourney.

March 2, 201412 yr No matter how bad they play or how much heart they lack I will always cheer for Cal and this team. Cal is always going to put UK in a position to win. Once those players step on the court it's up to them to perform. They FG percentage they shot tonight was really really bad. That's on the players and them alone. All our guards want to do is drive into traffic and throw up a shot hoping to draw a foul. That's no way to play. They revert to AAU ball when everything fails around them. Just my take.

This far into the season why is he having to constantly repeat the same thing get they make the same dumb mistakes.

If 3-4 ayers declare for the NBA after the season is over than no one had the right to complain to them for doing it since no one is acting like they want then to come back. If fans want them back for another year then they should treat the players like they do.

Not just Cal they've tuned out. If you have the game recorded go back to about the 3:00 mark at a time out with Robic talking to the team. He's looking towards one of the players while trying to explain a play and the player isn't paying attention and he says "_____ him ". Whether it's right or wrong is one thing but point is I think the coaching staff is pretty tired of these players attitudes.

I'll be miserable after the season if they do what many think they'll do. Being miserable during the season serves no point IMO. A fan of any team should hope for the best and not kill themselves thinking about the worse.
March 2, 201412 yr Pathetic. This team needs a go to go in the worst way. Needs a true leader. Needs an attitude adjustment. Needs better guard play. Needs bball IQ. They need to play with urgency.

At the beginning of the season I said there would be bumps in the road....just didn't know it would be this bumpy. Still I am here for the journey these young men are taking us on and support them through good and bad times. To me that is what a true fan does.
