Has to be considered an upset, SL beat Williamsburg on 2/13 by 40points. (76-36)

First win in a district tournament for Williamsburg since 2005. This will mark the Yellowjackets first trip to the 13th Region tournament since 1998.

Great year for Yellow Jackets Athletics.

Congrats to Williamsburg!

Wow. Congratulations indeed.

Big upset. I toyed with the idea of South Laurel as a dark horse in the Sweet 16 contest but quickly thought better of it.

The thought of $1000 in your pocket tossed that toy.

You sir are spot-on.

Yeah but there seems to always be that dark horse in a region or two. It's just figuring out which one that will win the $1000

Had a friend that picked SL to come out of this region.

Congrats to Williamsburg!

Biggest win for Williamsburg Basketball, ever?

What's going on at SL? From perennial state power to losing to W'Burg? I recall injuries impacting their season last year.

Coach that won State Title left 2 seasons ago and went to Southwestern

First region in 16 years? Is anything in that town open today?
