Does he have an addiction? I’m not sure yet. But it’s obvious that Chane was managing his own life and basically doing whatever he wanted to do. “We’re getting him to focus on making better decisions.”
Irish Cat Posted February 15, 2014 Posted February 15, 2014 Really, who would have thought that. He kept it so hidden.
sweet16 Posted February 15, 2014 Posted February 15, 2014 In other news it has snowed a lot this winter
rockmom Posted February 15, 2014 Posted February 15, 2014 Sounds like he has solid guidance at this point. I love the coaches comments that the priority is that he needs to learn how to manage his life.
DragonFire Posted February 16, 2014 Posted February 16, 2014 Life doesn't make sense anymore after this revelation has knocked me off my feet.
Randy Parker Posted February 16, 2014 Posted February 16, 2014 Chane smoked/smokes weed. PP92 eats a lot. Clizzy is black. Papa is old. Getslow is the enemy.
Randy Parker Posted February 16, 2014 Posted February 16, 2014 More seriously, that's a good read & I hope Chane gets his life going in the right direction.

jericho Posted February 16, 2014 Posted February 16, 2014 Wasn't Pitino his advisor? Or just using him. Didn't know you could be addicted to pot, thought it was just fun to smoke every now and then.
TheDeuce Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 Wasn't Pitino his advisor? Or just using him. Didn't know you could be addicted to pot, thought it was just fun to smoke every now and then. Pitino gave him chances to better himself and he chose not to... Please enlighten us on how he should have handled it.
Wireman Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 Break the rules 14 times at Louisville and you're out of there.
Jumper_Dad Posted February 17, 2014 Author Posted February 17, 2014 Pitino gave him chances to better himself and he chose not to... Please enlighten us on how he should have handled it. I'm not sure what was or wasn't done, but to hear that he is now getting the leadership that he needs, makes you wonder how hands on the staff was with him and how seriously they were trying to help him the person not the player. Cards and Pitino sound as if they gave him chance after chance, but if so why that quote from Lucas?
spindoc Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 What did Pitino have to do with it? Good Lord, is there no such thing as accountability anymore? I too hope he gets straightened out, but to say Pitino was at fault is beyond moronic.

The sophomoric infatuation with negativity towards UL is laughable.

Perhaps, but this simply lays at the feet of Behanan. No one else. This is a microcosm of our society. I hope Chane overcomes, I truly do.
