Might have better wheels, but, IMO, he is missing the consistent accuracy. He's been in the Super Bowl and NFC Championship game in his first 2 seasons as a starter.

He is big, strong, fast, and his an A++ arm. He is a bit of a thrower, but I can see his ability to read the defenses and pass the ball improving with repetition. Could, I repeat, could become one of the all-time greats. He has that much potential and plays for a team that will be good for a while. What is he, 26 years old?

I'm sure it's great to get the respect of his teammates, but he puts himself in some tough spots.
