January 17, 201412 yr Zeke was not kicked off or suspended. He had a very good year playing in all games up to the last 3 due to a hernia. Second string TE and Special Teams. He had surgery and could not fly to the bowl game. Good year with team, coaches and grades. He had 1 catch for 4 yards. Jody Demling said on his Early Birds radio show on WKRD that he was asked not to return. So I would tend to believe he has been asked not o return, knowing his history. I did get a kick out of the first post and then the reality that is in the 2nd post lol.
January 18, 201412 yr There are punks on every football team in America. Every one. Krag couldn't handle many aspects of the Louisville job, and that was one of them. That was basically the narrative I'd always heard. Petrino might take some guys who weren't exactly choir boys, but they respected him and respected his rules. Kragthorpe was a good guy and I've never heard a negative thing about his character. However, as a coach, I've heard that some of the players just ran over him because they went from Petrino's strict rules to his laid-back approach.
