May 1, 201412 yr It was a very good move by Tony. I would do the same thing. If you are a man on Survivor, you have to make sure the women never have numbers on you because they will band together and get rid of strong players. However, based on the previews it looks like Tony's crazy nature will cause him problems next week. If he just keeps his cool, all he has to do is win one Immunity Challenge and he is a lock for the finals. He already is a lock for the final four. But the previews make it look like Tony gets goofy and cause everyone to go against him. I guess it doesn't matter either way. He still makes the final 3 if he wins one challenge no matter what anyone thinks or does. If he gets rid of Spencer before the final 3, he wins. Tasha has an outside shot but she needs to make a move that works to win the votes at the finals.
May 1, 201412 yr Obviously Tony has a great chance of making the Final 3, but he should start to be careful of who he wants to take with him. I agree that it was a smart move to get rid of a girl, and vote out Jefra, but Tony might want to push to get Spencer, his biggest threat, and Tasha out as soon as he can.

I was a little critical of some things she said last night, in particular after her confessional when she said she'd done enough for the alliance so it was time someone else stepped up I asked specifically what she had done. She blocked me.

May 1, 201412 yr The two women at work who watch Survivor hate Tony. I guess I can see why, but I think he's playing a pretty good game. I hate that he went after my girl last night but it really was the smartest move for him. Tony isn't quite a lock for the final three. I bet he has to use either or both of those idols when they get to five like people have done in season past. He might need to win an immunity after that to get in the top 3 because I think everyone will see him as a big threat. He's played a good game. As for him going crazy next week. Seems like almost every preview they have him looking crazy, so this won't be anything new.

Would have given her and Spencer a 67% chance to win the "drawing rocks game", instead of Spencer having just a 50% chance. Turned out not to matter but I did think that was a little dumb. And I would have crushed those Ribs that Woo got. Couldn't believe they went that cheap.

It made me think of all the ribs threads that we have open here on BGP.

If that is correct, Tony uses one idol next week to get to the final 5, another to get to the final 4 (last tribal he can use an idol) and then he has to win that final four immunity challenge to get to the final 3.

Unless they changed the rules without telling anyone, typically the last time you can use a hidden immunity idol is with five people left. So you are correct.

I'm with you regarding Tasha. 67% shot then if they win the immunity idol they could have really made a move, possibly flushing Tony's idol out.

If I am Tony I play the one everyone knows I have. Then next week he can sit there confidently and watch the vote knowing he isn't going home.
